You will need:
1 bunch of cilantro
3 serrano chilis
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ inch ginger
11/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of hing (asafetida)
